I don't know how useful or feasible they would be, or how work-effective they are, but I would like to suggest the following three ideas:

1)

It should be designated by the board owner in the admin menu that which moderators can delete pending posts for publication. Of course, the board owner should have the authority to delete pending posts.

2)
As I mentioned in the first suggestion, the authority to delete pending posts should be given to moderators (one by one) by the board owner through the settings menu, as deemed necessary. Moderators who do not have the permission to delete should either leave unapproved posts in the pending state or hide them, while allowing the post owner to make revisions to the post. Therefore, I agree -partly- with the suggestion titled "Suggestion#2:" in Johan_Arias@bbs's post "🤔Suggestions apply in the moderation tool⚙️🧰🐙🧐👇".

"Another suggestion I have is that posts are not deleted when rejected with the new tool and instead posts are 'hidden' and that there is an option to edit a hidden post, since a post could be rejected for having a grammatical error or a small mistake in the post and the user would lose all the work they did on the post because of a small mistake and it really doesn't seem fair to me and it seems like a big failure in the functioning of the new moderation tools." 3)
Publishers should be able to edit their old posts in 'approval mode'. The edited post should also await approval. When an old post is edited, it could be useful for administrators to be able to see the differences between the old and new version of the post, highlighted in a split view. This view can be divided by a vertical line in the web version and a horizontal line in mobile versions.
