Los Angeles: On Sunday, Feb.28, around 11:54 p.m., a call went out to the Los Angeles Fire Department reporting a hit-and-run involving a man in a wheelchair on the 700 block of West Imperial Highway. When crews arrived, the victim was transported in critical condition by LAFD paramedics to a local hospital.
