Burbank: On Friday, Mar. 12, 2021, around 7:00 pm., a judge authorized the city of Burbank to disconnect the electricity of Tinhorn Flats Saloon & Grill because they remained open in defiance of a court order that was issued Monday. The City of Burbank needs to provide the location at least 24 hours notice. The address for the location is 2423 W. Magnolia Blvd, Burbank CA 91605.
