The American team debuted a stars and stripes livery, 50 stars on the front wing and matching suits, Pérez and Bottas finished the race, scoring their third consecutive double checkered flag. Terry Crews, new ambassador, stars in a documentary series about the project.

The Miami Grand Prix had a special meaning for Cadillac, for the first time since its debut in Formula 1, the American team competed in front of its home crowd. Dan Towriss, the team's CEO, described the event as unique: "We are very excited to be here," he declared.

The team wanted to pay tribute to its origins with a special livery, the car debuted a design that integrated the stars and stripes into the characteristic black and white scheme, the front wing featured 50 stars, one for each state of the country, Sergio Pérez and Valtteri Bottas also wore matching suits during the weekend. Cassidy Towriss, brand advisor, explained: "It is deliberate and confident, this is our first home race and we cared that the fans continued to recognize what they already know."

The team not only caught attention with its aesthetics, off the track, Cadillac unveiled a sports shoe inspired by F1 in collaboration with Nike, with a design that replicated the livery used on the cars. Additionally, actor Terry Crews, named the team's official ambassador at the start of the season, stars in a documentary series titled "Crews Control" that reviews the American team's journey in its debut season.

On the sporting side, Cadillac showed signs of progress. The team introduced upgrades during the break between Japan and Miami with the hope of getting closer to the midfield, the impressions were positive, Pérez especially stood out by finishing ahead of Alex Albon's Williams and Lance Stroll's Aston Martin in the sprint race, and he again outperformed the Aston Martins in the Grand Prix.

Furthermore, both Pérez and Bottas saw the checkered flag in the 57 lap race, it is the third consecutive time that both cars have reached the finish line, a relevant fact in a new regulatory era where reliability is not guaranteed: "For me, the pleasure now is seeing the progress. That's the incentive, that's the trophy at the end," Bottas declared.

Pérez, for his part, highlighted the atmosphere experienced in Florida: "It's very exciting to race here for an American team, and having the Latino support is special," said the Mexican, also referring to the fans who crossed the border to cheer him on.

Towriss is aware that the challenge is enormous: "We want to keep pushing and find ways to move forward and compete with more cars. This is an ambitious team, you talk to Sergio and Valtteri and it's push, push, push. How to get more performance out of the car," he concluded. Bottas summed up the project's philosophy: "There's still a long way to go, we still have to take big steps. In my mind, I'm thinking quite far ahead and that's the motivation."
