James Vowles, Williams team principal, highlighted the importance of the British GP for the team and the fans: "We are proud to fly the flag at the British GP this week. From our first victory to the 100th, Silverstone has been the scene of some of the most iconic moments for the Williams team. There is nothing on the F1 calendar like the atmosphere of the home fans here" declared Vowles.
