The team presented a livery that pays tribute to the start of the FIFA World Cup and to the city of Barcelona. The VCARB 03 will feature a design with a custom crest combining the checkered flag with three stars in honor of the host countries.

Racing Bulls has decided to change its image for the Spanish Grand Prix, the team presented a special football inspired livery that its two cars will wear throughout the weekend at the Circuit de Catalunya. The livery, which adds to the tradition of exclusive one off designs that some teams debut at specific races, pays tribute to the start of the FIFA World Cup that begins this June 11 and also to the city of Barcelona and its love for the beautiful game.

The VCARB 03 will feature a design that the team describes as "bold" and inspired by the visual language of football culture. In addition to the car livery, Racing Bulls will also wear matching team clothing throughout the weekend, completing a renewed image that seeks to connect with football fans who come to the circuit.

The cherry on top is a custom crest that the team has named VCARB FC, a creation that combines the traditional Formula 1 checkered flag with three stars in honor of the three countries co hosting the 2026 World Cup, Mexico, Canada and the United States. The design seeks to fuse the identity of two global sports that share values such as passion, creativity and sense of community.

Peter Bayer, Racing Bulls CEO, explained the motivation behind this initiative: "Formula 1 and football are two global sports with incredibly passionate communities, united by a shared sense of identity, creativity and culture, with VCARB FC we are celebrating that crossover, bringing together the energy of both sports" declared the executive.

The campaign has also served as a platform to give visibility to new creative talents, the livery has been developed in collaboration with three creators from Racing Bulls' talent platform, fashion designer Hattie Crowther, graphic designer Florence Burns and photographer Ezra Alexander. The team's aim is to promote emerging talent and offer fresh perspectives that continue to push boundaries in the world of Formula 1.

Racing Bulls joins the list of teams that have debuted special liveries so far this season, Aston Martin already wore an iridescent copper livery in Monaco and Cadillac also changed the color of their cars for Miami.

The team hopes that this one-off livery will be the prelude to a competitive weekend in Barcelona, the team needs to score points to consolidate itself in the fight for the midfield. Creativity in design could be the key that brings the change of luck to achieve better results in Catalonia.
