Should Toronto Blue Jays pursue one of upcoming Nippon Professional Baseball free agents?

The Toronto Blue Jays' postseason fate is still to-be-determined as they entered Tuesday 3.5 games out of the final wild card spot with six games left on the schedule.
Whether the Blue Jays make the playoffs or not, they'll likely look to add to the roster while they can in the month between when the World Series concludes and the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) expires.
It's been reported that three top starts from Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball, starting pitchers Hiromi Itoh and Kaima Taira and third baseman/outfielder Teruaki Sato, will all be posted early in November.
Toronto had success last offseason when it landed third baseman Kazuma Okamoto from NPB. Okamoto leads the Blue Jays in home runs and RBIs.
Would you like to see the Blue Jays to take a flyer on either of the three free agents?
