Fresh off a historic complete game, superstar Jacob Misiorowski leads a dominant Milwaukee Brewers rotation into Atlanta for a high-stakes showdown between two of the National League's premier heavyweights.

While the Atlanta Braves have yet to name their starters for the upcoming Milwaukee Brewers series, Pat Murphy's squad knows who they'll be going with through the weekend.

Jacob Misiorowski was supposed to pitch on Thursday, June 18, but the team opted to give him an additional day of rest after he threw the first complete game of his career.

Now, Miz will start at Truist Park for a marquee three-game series against a Braves team that sits at 46-27.

Milwaukee heads into the Cleveland Guardians series finale at 45-26, so no matter what happens, these two teams will have nearly identical records in Atlanta for a crucial slate that will determine where these two teams truly are in the postseason race.

Game One Starter: Jacob Misiorowski

These articles are usually formatted much different, but it's impossible to format them that way when we don't know who the Braves starters are going to be. Instead of looking at these games in the usual light of what the pitching matchup is, it will instead focus on who the Brewers are sending out for each game.

Miz is a superstar, and that may not even be giving him enough credit. He could be the National League starter for the All-Star game, and his 8-2 record and 1.34 ERA are more than enough to put him in the Cy Young conversation.

This marks the first time he's pitching not only against the Braves, but in Atlanta, so it'll be interesting to see how he looks on the road coming off one of the most impressive starts in baseball history.

Game Two Starter: Kyle Harrison

Is there a better one-two punch in baseball? Sure doesn't feel like it. Harrison sports a very similar record, 8-1, and brings his 2.47 ERA to Atlanta. If Milwaukee wants to take this series, they're suited up perfectly to do so in games one and two.

Harrison just pitched another gem, one that saw him allow just three hits in six scoreless innings, a much needed performance after he allowed eight runs in just 2.1 innings in Las Vegas.

Game Three Starter: Robert Gasser

Previously, Brewers fans would've written this game off, but Gasser had a new lease on life this past Tuesday. The 27-year-old lefty went 5.2 scoreless in the first game of the Guardians series which helped set the tone.

Similar to Harrison, Gasser had an abysmal start in Las Vegas, but he turned things around on June 16. With four full days of rest, it'll be interesting to see how Gasser looks pitching on the road for just the sixth time in his big league career.
