Chicago Cubs first baseman Michael Busch had a breakout year with the franchise in 2025. 

He set career highs in batting average (.261), home runs (34), RBIs (90) and hits (137). Team USA is still putting together its roster for the 2026 World Baseball Classic. With the year Busch had, he should definitely be considered for the team.
