The Chicago Cubs had plenty of talent on their roster during their World Series run in 2016. 

They had Kris Bryant, Anthony Rizzo, and Javier Baez, but also had an ace of a starting pitcher in Jake Arrieta. Arrieta was in Chicago from 2013-17, and returned for one more season in 2021.
