On Friday, the D-backs opened up Cactus League play with a 3-2 victory over the Colorado Rockies.

Nolan Arenado hit a solo homer in the second inning, Jacob Amaya had an RBI single, and Matt O'Neill doubled in the go-ahead run in the eighth inning. The D-backs collected eight hits off of Rockies pitching.

Taylor Rashi picked up the win for the D-backs.

As for Saturday's game, the D-backs will duke it out with the Rockies once again.
