Diamondbacks Take Advantage of Padres' Woes

In their last 10 games, the Arizona Diamondbacks have gone 4-6. At the same time, the San Diego Padres have gone 2-8.

This has allowed the D-backs to tie the Padres for second place in the National League West Division standings. Yes, both teams are 14 games behind the division-leading Los Angeles Dodgers.

Going into Wednesday's games, the D-backs and Padres are also both 4.5 games out of an NL Wild Card spot.
