After moving pitcher Gavin Stone to the 60-day Injured List, the Los Angeles Dodgers went out and claimed pitcher Grant Holman off waivers.

Holman was placed on waivers by the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Dodgers released the news in a post on their X account.

"The Dodgers claimed RHP Grant Holman from the Diamondbacks," according to the Dodgers' statement. "In order to make room for Holman on the 40-man roster, the Dodgers transferred RHP Gavin Stone to the 60-day injured list."

The Dodgers probably hope that Holman can play an integral role in their pitching plans.
