Sad news out of the world of baseball on Saturday as one-time Los Angeles Dodgers player Terrance Gore has died.
Gore was 34 years old. No cause of death was listed in a story from The Athletic.
Gore, known for his speed on the basepaths, played during the 2020 season for the Dodgers. But he did not play in the postseason.
He earned two World Series rings, one with the Dodgers and another with the Kansas City Royals. In 2015, Gore was part of that Kansas City team that defeated the New York Mets in the World Series.
Gore also played for the Chicago Cubs and Atlanta Braves.
He is survived by his wife Britney and their two children, Zane and Skylyn.
Dodgers Roundtable sends its condolences to the Gore family.
