The Los Angeles Dodgers continue to pair star power at the big league level with a steady pipeline of elite young talent, and MLB Pipeline’s newly released Top 100 prospects list for 2026 offers another reminder of that balance.
Five Dodgers prospects earned spots on the list, reinforcing the organization’s reputation as one of baseball’s deepest and most forward-thinking systems.
The strength of the Dodgers’ farm system is especially evident in the outfield, where four of the five ranked prospects reside. Leading the group is Josue De Paula, ranked No. 15 overall and widely regarded as the crown jewel of the system.
The 20-year-old spent most of the 2025 season at High-A Great Lakes before earning a late promotion to Double-A Tulsa. Across those stops, De Paula showcased his advanced offensive profile, combining patience, power, and speed while emerging as one of the most polished young hitters in the organization.
If his development continues on its current trajectory, his Major League debut may not be far off.
Zyhir Hope follows closely at No. 27, continuing his steady rise after another productive season. Hope’s blend of athleticism and offensive consistency has kept him on a similar developmental path to De Paula, with both prospects finishing last season at Double-A.
Hope’s ability to drive the ball to all fields while providing reliable defense gives him the look of a future everyday outfielder.
Eduardo Quintero, ranked No. 30, adds to the outfield-heavy presence near the top of the list. Quintero enjoyed a breakout 2025 campaign, earning league-wide recognition for his performance and cementing himself as one of the fastest-rising prospects in the Dodgers’ system.
His power-speed combination and on-base ability make him one of the more dynamic players in the lower minors.
Mike Sirota checks in at No. 60 after making an immediate impression in his professional debut. Acquired as part of the Gavin Lux trade, Sirota flashed impact offensive tools despite having his season shortened by injury.
In limited action, he demonstrated why the Dodgers targeted him, showing a mature approach and significant power potential.
Rounding out the group is shortstop Emil Morales at No. 92, the lone infielder among the Dodgers’ Top 100 prospects. Just 19, Morales impressed after quickly moving beyond Rookie ball, displaying advanced hitting ability and strong defensive traits at Single-A.
While the Dodgers’ high-profile Major League moves often dominate headlines, their continued success is rooted in this steady accumulation of young talent.
With five Top 100 prospects and waves of depth behind them, Los Angeles remains built not just to win now, but to keep winning well into the future.
