The two American League West rivals will be looking to get on the right track after disappointing beginnings to the season.
The Seattle Mariners have not had the results many analysts and fans expected thus far.
The defending American League West champions are just 4-9 to start the season, on a five-game losing streak and are yet to win a series. They are tied for the worst record in baseball.
Another team who has had a disappointing start to the year is the Mariners' American League West archrivals, the Houston Astros.
Houston is 6-7, but they are losers of four-straight, including getting swept in a three-game set against the Colorado Rockies, who had the worst record in the sport last season.
Both teams will look to right their respective ships against one another.
Here are the pitching matchups for the four-game series, which begins at 6:40 p.m. PT on Friday at T-Mobile Park.
April 10: Emerson Hancock (Mariners, 1-1, 0.71 ERA) vs. Tatsuya Imai (Astros, 1-0, 4.32 ERA)
Hancock will be looking to make it three consecutive quality starts to begin the season.
The former first-round draft pick struck out five and allowed one earned run on six hits (one home run) in 6.2 innings pitched against the Los Angeles Angels on April 4.
Hancock will be taking one of the prize signings of the offseason for the Astros.
The former Nippon Professional Baseball hurler is coming off his first major league outing that extended into the sixth inning. Imai fanned nine, walked three and allowed three hits in 5.2 innings pitched.
April 11: Luis Castillo (Mariners, 0-0, 2.79 ERA) vs. Lance McCullers Jr. (Astros, 1-0, 3.27 ERA)
Castillo will be looking to bounce back after a disappointing outing against the Angels on April 5. He registered four strikeouts, walked one, hit a batter and allowed four runs (three earned) on six hits in 3.2 innings pitched.

He fanned four, walked three and allowed three earned runs on five hits in four innings pitched.
April 12: Logan Gilbert (Mariners, 0-2, 5.40 ERA) vs. TBD (Astros)
Gilbert is coming off his first quality start of the season against the Texas Rangers on April 6 and will be looking to take another step forward against the Astros.
Gilbert struck out five and allowed two earned runs on six hits in six innings pitched.
The Astros' probable pitcher for game three of the four-game set is still to-be-determined.
April 13: George Kirby (Mariners, 1-2, 3.60 ERA) vs. TBD (Astros)
Kirby is coming off the longest outing of the season for any Seattle pitcher against the Rangers on April 7. Due to Texas being the home team and earning the win, Kirby technically registered a complete game with his eight-inning showing.
Kirby fanned four batters and allowed three earned runs on six hits (one homer) in his eight innings of work.
Houston's pitcher for the series finale is still to-be-determined. The Astros are dealing with injuries to Hunter Brown and Cristian Javier, which complicates things for them.
