While a potential work stoppage can impact things, here's when the Mariners will take the field next season.
The Seattle Mariners will kick off the second half of the 2026 season on Friday night when they host the San Francisco Giants at 7:10 p.m. PT.
The Mariners (48-49), are 1.5 games back of the American League West-leading Texas Rangers, but they are in possession of the third and final wild card spot.
And while the 2026 schedule is nearing a sprint to the finish, Major League Baseball released its 2027 schedule on Thursday afternoon.
Of course, the 2027 season is subject to change if there are labor issues and a work stoppage, as is projected.
Here's what you need to know from the M's schedule at this point:
March/April
The Mariners are set to kick off the season on March 25, one day earlier than this season. They'll get seven home games in a row to start the season against the Boston Red Sox and Texas Rangers before hitting the road for the first time against Toronto and Cleveland.
The Mariners will get nine-game homestand following that trip before a lengthy 10-game road trip through Texas, the Athletics and San Francisco. That makes two series' with the Rangers in the first month of the season.
That long trip in length at least comes with a shorter distance traveled.
May
A May 3-5 home series against the Los Angeles Dodgers will be a highlight for fans, and then the Mariners will go on the road against the Chicago Cubs from May 7-9.
In total, the M's get 14 home games and 13 road games in the month. Fourteen games in May are with teams currently tied or in playoff position.
June
June sees a difficult schedule in multiple regards: First, the M's start with a three-game road trip in Houston before coming home for six games against the upstart Washington Nationals and St. Louis Cardinals.
A three-game road series in Detroit won't be easy, and either will the final seven games of the month against the Astros and Yankees - on the road.

The Mariners wrap up the brutal Houston-Yankees-Phillies road trip, making that a 10-game swing through the Central and Eastern time zones. The M's then come home for six games before the All-Star break against the Padres and Royals, before seeing those exact same teams after the break, but on the road. The M's then come home for nine games against the Yankees, Orioles and Brewers.
August
A difficult road trip through Atlanta and Tampa Bay starts the month, with a homestand against Cleveland and Detroit to follow. The Mariners will also see the Rangers and Astros in back-to-back series from Aug. 23-29.
September
A dreaded East Coast road trip in September: The M's get nine games in the Eastern time zone against the Red Sox, Mets and Orioles from Sept. 3-12, and then they end the season with six road divisional games against the Angels and A's.
In total, the Mariners have eight home games and 14 road games in the final month.
