The Baltimore Orioles could be sellers at this year's trade deadline.

The Baltimore Orioles have been playing better baseball as of late, but the reality is they still sit below the .500 mark and on the outside looking in for a wild card spot in the American League.

If they slide in the standings even further over the next few weeks, they could become sellers at this year's trade deadline. Here are three players who could generate real interest on the market.

Taylor Ward, OF

Ward is the most likely trade option if the Orioles do decide to sell, and for good reason. He is a free agent after this season, which makes him a rental for any contending team looking to add outfield depth.

The 32-year-old has posted a .256 batting average with a .388 on-base percentage, .755 OPS, seven home runs and 27 RBIs across 97 games this season, serving as Baltimore's primary leadoff hitter.

He will not cost much in prospect return given the one-year rental nature of the deal, which makes him more accessible for more teams. Any contender needing a veteran outfielder who gets on base and has experience hitting at the top of the order would have legitimate interest.

Trevor Rogers, LHP

Rogers is a fascinating trade candidate because of how dramatically his season has turned around. He opened the year looking like a liability in the rotation. However, since June he has been untouchable. Overall, he still owned a 4.48 ERA throughout the first half, but he clearly is capable of being a frontline starter.

The 28-year-old All-Star left-hander had a brilliant 2025 for Baltimore, posting a 1.81 ERA across 18 starts, and it appears that version of him is back.

Any team in need of a left-handed starter will be calling Mike Elias, but the price may be reasonable given the early-season struggles that clouded his value.

Tyler O'Neill, OF

O'Neill has had a genuinely disappointing season, posting just a .195 batting average, .291 on-base percentage, .642 OPS, six home runs and 12 RBIs through his first 59 games. The numbers are ugly, but a contending team willing to bet on a bounce-back could find real value here.

The 31-year-old has been better throughout his first eight games in July. For a team willing to buy low on a talented but underperforming outfielder, O'Neill could be worth the gamble.

Whether Elias ultimately decides to buy, sell or stand pat, the next few weeks will tell the story, and these three names will be at the center of whatever direction Baltimore chooses to go.
