The Pittsburgh Pirates are gearing up for a big three-game series with the Chicago White Sox on the road.
Pittsburgh is still alive in the wild-card race in the National League, giving some thought to a late-season run. But the Pirates will need a lot of help to get into the dance.

As for Chicago, they come in sitting in first place within the American League Central. The White Sox took two of three games from the Minnesota twins in their last series.
