With spring training starting up soon in Arizona, Texas Rangers manager Skip Schumaker needs to get things going.

He needs to get off to a solid start in spring training.

It would behoove him to get all of the players on the same page. There's no need for Rangers players to be on their own "time clock." 

Last season, there was some scuttlebutt that some Rangers players were not fully invested into what happened on the field.

Schumaker needs to nip that in the bud pronto.
