Quantrill comes into play with a 4-4 record, a 3.44 ERA, a 1.20 WHIP, and 49 strikeouts in 70.2 innings.

In his start against the Los Angeles Angels, Quantrill put forth a solid effort, going five innings and allowing just one run while striking out six in a game the Rangers would go on to lose 5-2.

On the other side of the ball, the Rangers will face Washington left-hander Jackson Kent, who will make just his second career Major League start.

In his MLB debut against the Chicago Cubs on Aug. 12, Kent allowed three earned runs in four innings.
