Following the win, the 23-year-old right fielder has now batted .282 while recording an .832 OPS and leading Kansas City with 66 RBI and 23 home runs on the season.
Carter Jensen struck early with a solo homer in the first inning while Bobby Witt Jr. scored on a fielding error by Toronto starter Spencer Arrighetti.
Nonetheless, Caglianone quickly joined in the action during the second with a two-run single that drove in Josh Rojas and Witt Jr. to extend the Royals' lead to 4-0.
The Blue Jays' duo of Arrighetti and Braydon Fisher held Kansas City scoreless after that until the sixth when right-hander Simeon Woods Richardson coughed up six runs, putting the game well beyond Toronto's reach.
Kyle Isbel ignited the rally with an RBI double that brought home Rojas while the former scored off a one-run double by Witt Jr.
Caglianone kept things going with a two-run single that drove in Jensen and Witt Jr. while Vinnie Pasquantino further ruined the Blue Jays' night with a two-run blast to right field that put the Royals ahead 10-0.
George Springer went yard as well to spoil the shutout that same inning, but his efforts proved insufficient in the eighth when Pasquantino scored Caglianone who then sealed Toronto's fate in the ninth, crushing a two-run shot of his own.
With the Royals back in the win column, they have been on a roll during the final games of the season, coming out on top in 10 of their last 11 matchups.
Despite the team sitting 15 games below .500, they have shown they aren't out of it yet and could make some serious noise in the postseason if they get there.
Due to the weakened state of the AL this season, anything can happen and Kansas City certainly has the pieces to capitalize on that.
Given Caglianone's sustained success along with the consistency of starting left-hander Noah Cameron, their chances have been looking brighter by the day.
Caglianone will be primed for another opportunity to contribute tonight at 7:10 p.m. EDT against the division rival Cleveland Guardians as the Royals face off against right-hander Tanner Bibee.
