Team USA will play its first exhibition game Wednesday at 9:05 p.m. ET, against the San Francisco Giants, at the Giants' spring training home, Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona. Here's a look at Team USA and the Giants' starting pitchers and starting lineups for Wednesday's game.

Team USA will play its first exhibition game Wednesday at 9:05 p.m. ET, against the San Francisco Giants, at the Giants' spring training home, Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona.

It will be Mark DeRosa's managerial debut. DeRosa is a lead analyst on MLB Network and cohosts the morning show 'MLB Central' along with Lauren Shehadi and Robert Flores, which airs daily throughout the MLB regular season.

Team USA will get its first test against Gabe Kapler's Giants. The Giants finished right at .500 last season, going 81-81. Team USA will play another exhibition game Thursday, against the Los Angeles Angels at Diablo Stadium in Tempe, Arizona.

Miles Mikolas will take the mound for Team USA in its first exhibition game Wednesday. He will have Mookie Betts, Mike Trout, Kyle Schwarber, Paul Goldschmidt, Nolan Arenado, Kyle Tucker, Trea Turner, J.T. Realmuto and Jeff McNeil playing behind him.

Veteran Anthony DeSclafani will start for the Giants Wednesday night, making his second appearance of the spring. DeSclafani allowed no runs on one hit and no walks in two innings in his first start of the spring.
