The Boston Red Sox will play the Pittsburgh Pirates Thursday afternoon at 1:05 p.m. ET at the Pirates' spring training home, Lecom Park in Bradenton, Florida. Here's a look at the Red Sox and Pirates' starting lineups and starting pitchers for Thursday's Grapefruit League game.

The Boston Red Sox will play the Pittsburgh Pirates Thursday afternoon at 1:05 p.m. ET at the Pirates' spring training home, Lecom Park in Bradenton, Florida.

Taking the mound Thursday for the Red Sox is Josh Winckowski. Winckowski made his Major League debut last season, logging a 5-7 record and 5.89 ERA over 70.1 innings pitched, 14 starts and one relief appearance. Winckowski was selected by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 15th round of the 2016 MLB Draft. The Red Sox acquired Winckowski in a three-team trade with the Kansas City Royals and New York Mets, just two weeks after the Blue Jays dealt Winckowski to the Mets.

Making his return to the Pirates following his time pitching in the World Baseball Classic for Team Puerto Rico, Duane Underwood will start for Pittsburgh Thursday.
