Bradford Doolittle of ESPN recently released a fresh round of MLB power rankings and a progress report for each team. The New York Yankees came in at No. 6, but the analyst isn't overly encouraged by their offseason moves to this point.

"Yankees fans might not have noticed this, but their team hasn't done anything this offseason," wrote Doolittle.
