Kyle Busch's Son Brexton Gets First Win Since Kyle's Death

Jul 18, 2026 11:10 PM

Brexton Busch, the son of two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch, earned his first win since his father's death.

Just 11 years old, Brexton's social media account posted about the win with a video on his win and his thoughts.

"My first win since my dad passed. I don’t like to talk about it much, but the last two months have been really tough. I’m missing my crew chief, my driver coach, my dad, the guy who I looked up to more anyone. I know he would be proud the way I ran the top (much better than him lol) to win my first Micro A-Main at Port City. We love and miss you so much dad," Brexton wrote.

Kyle Busch's car owner, Richard Childress, promised Brexton his father's stylized No. 8, if he makes it all the way to NASCAR and chooses to run the number.
