Training camp is close, and this team has so many questions to answer. It's going to take more than one game to get to the bottom of these crucial questions.

NBA training camp starts next week, September 29th, and there are still so many unanswered questions.

Some of the biggest questions are surrounding the Philadelphia 76ers and all the commotion they’ve had over the offseason. With so many things to worry about, there are three big questions that need to be answered when the season starts.

How will this new starting five look?

This may be the biggest question that surrounds this 76er team. Everyone knows that they added Jaylen Brown and LeBron James. So it’s safe to say that this star-studded group needs to find a way to work together when they are on the court. It’s going to be a trying situation. So fans shouldn’t expect everything to go right from the first tip-off. This is a group of players who are used to having the ball in their hands and now have to share with four other players. It’s going to take time, and James will be the one to make sure things go as planned.

How will the center depth fair?

It’s safe to say that Joel Embiid is going to be the starting center for this team, and that’s what matters the most. But beyond that, it’s hard to see the team fairing well when he has to take a seat on the bench. Adem Bona and Ariel Hurkporti are the two backups, and while both are good in their own right, it’s going to be hard to see this being enough to cover the entire NBA season.  Bona is already hurt, and we haven’t even made it to training camp. It’s going to take more than that, plus a few training camp signings, to maintain what Embiid brings by himself.

Can James bring a championship to another starving franchise?

James is still considered one of the greatest to play the game. Even if you have your own takes about how his career has fared and what kind of player he is, he’s still playing at an elite level. In his 40s, he’s being asked to take on the hardships of going to another NBA Finals. This isn’t the same LeBron James that carried a Cleveland Cavaliers team to an NBA title; he's a bit more methodical and calculating with how he plays the game. Which is why he's going to use all his new toys in Brown, Embiid, and Tyrese Maxey to help his chances of winning another title.

Training camp is nearly here, so that means that this team has to lock in and prepare for one of the most whirlwind seasons they’ve ever encountered. It’s going to take each player to work together to make this run worth it.
