The full injury report for Wednesday's game between the Philadelphia 76ers and New York Knicks.

The Philadelphia 76ers (30-23) are facing off against the New York Knicks (34-20) on Wednesday night at 7:30 PM ET in Philadelphia.

The Sixers just concluded a five-game West Coast road trip, which they finished with a record of 3-2. They were defeated by the Los Angeles Lakers and Portland Trail Blazers.

Meanwhile, the Knicks have lost two of their last three games but emerged victorious in nine consecutive matchups prior to that. Their losses in recent days have come against Cade Cunningham and the Detroit Pistons as well as Pascal Siakam and the Indiana Pacers.

Here is the full injury report for 76ers-Knicks:

76ERS

Dominick Barlow: Questionable - Illness

Joel Embiid: Questionable - Right Knee; Injury Management

Paul George: Out - League Suspension

Quentin Grimes: Questionable - Illness

Kelly Oubre Jr.: Available - Left Knee; Injury Recovery - Brace

KNICKS

OG Anunoby: Out - Right Toe; Toenail Avulsion

Pacome Dadiet: Out - G League; On Assignment

Miles McBride: Out - Pelvic; Core Muscle Surgery

Barlow, Grimes, and Embiid missed the loss to the Portland Trail Blazers with the same injuries/illnesses. It likely cost Philadelphia the game, as Tyrese Maxey was forced to play superhero with Embiid out of the lineup and little help from the supporting cast.

If Embiid is able to suit up, fans should expect another dominant night from the seven-time All-Star. He is dominating in 2026, with averages of 29.9 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 4.5 assists on 53.5% shooting in 17 games played.

Grimes has struggled to find a rhythm in recent months, but his absence means valuable minutes for Kyle Lowry, which shouldn't happen at this stage of his career. Lowry played 18 minutes against the Trail Blazers, tallying six points and an assist.

Barlow is the unsung hero of this Philadelphia team, dominating on the boards and contributing on both sides of the ball. His paint presence was greatly missed in the defeat to Portland, as the Sixers were out-rebounded 51-33.
