A handful of new NBA mock drafts have released, linking the Philadelphia 76ers to a variety of frontcourt pieces.
The Philadelphia 76ers hold the No. 22 pick in the 2026 NBA Draft.
They have this selection as a result of the trade that sent Jared McCain to the Oklahoma City Thunder. While that deal has not worked out in Philadelphia's favor thus far, the 76ers now have an opportunity to add an intriguing young piece to their rotation.
Whether it's adding depth to the backcourt behind Tyrese Maxey and V.J. Edgecombe, bolstering the forward room, or finding a reliable backup for Joel Embiid, Philadelphia is bound to end up with a player who will contribute right away.
Here's a look at the latest prospects being linked to the 76ers:
Bleacher Report: Morez Johnson Jr.
Johnson is coming off a sophomore campaign in which he won the national championship with the Michigan Wolverines as a key contributor. After a solid freshman season with Illinois, he joined the Wolverines for his second and final collegiate season.
With Michigan, the 6-foot-9, 250-pound forward averaged 13.1 points and 7.3 rebounds on 62.3% shooting in 40 appearances.
Yahoo! Sports: Chris Cenac Jr.
It's entirely possible Cenac is not available when Philadelphia is on the clock due to his high ceiling, but if he is still on the board, the 76ers should undoubtedly consider taking him with their selection. In his freshman season with the Houston Cougars, the 19-year-old center averaged 9.5 points and 7.9 rebounds on 48.5% shooting.
Finding a long-term backup for Joel Embiid could definitely be the route the Sixers take in this draft.
CBS Sports: Koa Peat
It's becoming a near consensus among mock drafts that the 76ers will look to bolster their frontcourt in the 2026 NBA Draft. Peat is no exception. The 6-foot-8 forward averaged 14.1 points and 5.6 rebounds on 52.8% shooting in 36 games in his freshman year with the Arizona Wildcats.
Peat is a true power forward, which is something the 76ers have been seeking for years.
