Bucks Near Full Strength On Injury Report vs Warriors cover image

The Milwaukee Bucks are near full health as they are set to face the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night

The Milwaukee Bucks are still on the outside looking in for the Eastern Conference playoff race, but things have been encouraging as of late since Giannis Antetokounmpo returned to the lineup. While they did suffer a close loss to the Washington Wizards, the Bucks are starting to show promise in their two-guard lineup with Kevin Porter Jr. and Ryan Rollins alongside Giannis.

On Wednesday night, the Bucks continue on with their West Coast road trip, facing the Golden State Warriors, who also haven't been the model of consistency this season. Luckily for the Bucks, they have a relatively clean injury report heading into Wednesday night's contest.

Bucks Injury Report

The four names listed for the Bucks remain consistent, as Alex Antetokounmpo (two-way), Pete Nance (two-way), Taurean Prince (neck), and Mark Sears (two-way) are all listed as OUT for Wednesday's contest.

For Prince, the only standard contract player listed, he last appeared on November 4th in the team's loss to the Toronto Raptors. His season appears likely to be over, as The Athletic's Eric Nehm reports the team has applied for a Disabled Player Exception.

It's unfortunate, given that Prince was coming off a strong season in 2024-25, averaging 8.2 points and 3.6 rebounds while shooting 43.9% from beyond the arc. Prince did agree to a two-year deal in the 2025 offseason, as he's likely to accept his $3.8 million player option for the 2026-27 season unless something drastically changes.

Warriors Injury Report

The injury report for the Warriors features a pair of key rotation players for Golden State, as Draymond Green (ankle) and Gary Payton II (ankle) are both listed as QUESTIONABLE for Wednesday's contest.

The only other names listed are LJ Cryer (two-way), Malevy Leons (two-way), and Seth Curry (nerve), who are all listed as OUT.

Matchup Preview

The main focus will be on the matchup between two of the best players from the past decade, as Giannis Antetokounmpo and Steph Curry match up. Two players who share the same agent and have spoken about each other numerous times in the past, the Warriors are often brought up in rumors when Giannis' name is brought up in trade rumors.

However, the two still remain opponents on Wednesday, as the Bucks look to make a push for the 10th seed and get in the play-in mix. Tip-off at the Chase Center in San Francisco is set for 10:00 p.m. EST, as two availabilities remain up in the air.
