Myles Turner Questionable For Bucks, Timberwolves Star Anthony Edwards Ruled Out cover image

Myles Turner is questionable for the Milwaukee Bucks against the Minnesota Timberwolves, while Wolves star Anthony Edwards is out.

The Milwaukee Bucks will return home on Tuesday, welcoming the Minnesota Timberwolves to Fiserv Forum.

The Bucks are coming off a four-game West Coast road trip where they went 2-2. The Bucks opened the trip with a win over the Sacramento Kings, but followed with a loss to the Golden State Warriors. After bouncing back against the Los Angeles Lakers, they closed out the trip with a loss to the shorthanded Denver Nuggets.

The Timberwolves travel to Milwaukee after a close victory over the San Antonio Spurs. They are 5-1 in their last six games.

Milwaukee Bucks Injury Report

The Bucks could be without starting center Myles Turner against a Timberwolves team that doesn't lack size with Naz Reid, and Julius Randle in the frontcourt. Turner is listed as QUESTIONABLE with an illness.

Turner has played in all 39 games in his first season in Milwaukee, drawing the start in each contest. Turner averages 28.5 minutes per game, putting up 12.4 points and grabbing 5.3 rebounds. He's shooting 38% from three. On the defensive end, he's averaging 1.5 blocks and 0.7 steals per game.

The rest of the Bucks injury report looks familiar to previous contests.

Taurean Prince is OUT after neck surgery. He's been sidelined since November 4th and there is no timetable for his return.

Alex Antetokounmpo and Pete Nance are both OUT due to G-League assignments.

Minnesota Timberwolves Injury Report

The Timberwolves will be without star Anthony Edwards, who is listed as OUT with right foot injury maintenance. Edwards hit the game-winning shot against the Spurs on Sunday. He missed three games from December 12th to December 17th, but otherwise has played in 12 straight games. He has missed just seven games all season.

Rudy Gobert is also OUT for the Timberwolves as he's been suspended by the league. Gobert is suspended due to the number of flagrant fouls he has picked up over the course of the season.

Gobert received a flagrant foul 1 during the fourth quarter of the Timberwolves' game against the Spurs. That gave him six flagrant foul points for the season.

NBA rules say a player receives an automatic suspension after a game in which his flagrant foul point total exceeds five.

Terrence Shannon Jr is OUT for the Wolves due to a left foot strain. He has appeared in 22 games this season, but has been sidelined since Christmas.

Enrique Freeman (G-League) and Rocco Zikarsky (G-League) are also OUT.
