The Golden State Warriors and Milwaukee Bucks matched up on Wednesday night, as Milwaukee's fourth-quarter comeback attempt came up short as they fell 120-113 to the hosting Warriors. Despite a fourth-straight 30-point double-double by Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Bucks weren't able to remain perfect in 2026.

Even though Milwaukee shot 54% from the field and 44% from three, Golden State prevailed with their slight edge on the glass, as well as making seven more free throws than the Bucks. A frustrating loss given the circumstances, the Bucks can't spend too much time dwelling on a regular-season game like this when they are still pushing for a playoff spot.

Ryan Rollins Talks Handling Emotions

Officiating is constantly brought up among players, coaches, and fans as a major factor in determining games. Sometimes, the officiating is viewed as good and fair, while other times, players or coaches lash out at calls that they felt were unfair.

At the end of the day, officiating is what it is, and Bucks guard Ryan Rollins acknowledged that he can let it affect himself or the team negatively.

“I think we just have to let the refs flush this out and impact the game. Honestly, I think that starts with me, me and Scoot [Kevin Porter Jr.]. Simple as that. I think we have to just do a better job and not let it affect us, and just keep playing," Rollins said.

While Giannis might be the best player and clear leader of this team, both Rollins and Porter Jr. are leaders themselves due to serving as playmakers and point guards on the team. If they are letting their emotions get the best of them, then it's going to trickle down to the rest of the team.

"At the end of the day, we got to come into the game knowing that the refs are on our side. So yeah, we got to play through that. Don't worry about it," Rollins added.

What's Ahead For Milwaukee?

Looking to put all of this in the past, the Bucks continue on their four-game West Coast road trip with a stop in Los Angeles to face the Lakers on Friday, before ending it off in Denver to face the Nuggets on Sunday.

Neither contest will be easy, with both teams seeded within the top four seeds of the Western Conference entering Thursday's NBA slate. However, if Giannis can continue to do his thing while Rollins and Porter Jr. manage to keep their focus, the Bucks won't be an easy out.
