This feels like a pretty critical draft lottery drawing for the Chicago Bulls.

They have a 20.2% chance of bumping up into the top four, and that could make all the difference in this draft class. There seems to be a pretty steep drop-off between the top 6-7 players in the class and where the Bulls are slated to pick at No. 9.

But if they hit their 20% chance and move into the top four, you're talking about potentially drafting another future star to build around and develop with Buzelis. That would be a Bulls future I could get excited about.
