The Chicago Bulls look to keep the positive momentum rolling as they take on old nemesis LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Chicago Bulls have been playing some solid basketball as of late.

The young and struggling Bulls sit at a record of 27-38 (11-20 on the road), but have won three of their last five games with Collin Sexton (25 PPG on 59% FG in March) and Leonard Miller (9.6 PPG,5.6 RPG in March) contributing heavily to the team's success. Sexton's ridiculously efficient scoring binge was THE story before he went down with a lower leg injury late in the Bulls 126-110 loss to the Sacramento Kings

The focus has now turned to 22-year old Leonard Miller. He stands at a legit 6-foot-10, and while he was a bit of an afterthought during Chicago's many trade deadline deals, he has now stepped up as likely a key piece of the core moving forward. Now, of course, no one is expecting Miller to be a franchise player, but his size, activity level on both sides of the ball, and ability to guard up or down a position on defense make him a seamless fit next to Josh Giddey and Matas Buzelis.

Chicago's aforementioned franchise cornerstone duo of Giddey and Buzelis showcased exactly why they are considered franchise cornerstones over the course of the Bulls' 130-124 OT win over the Golden State Warriors.

In the OT win in San Francisco, Giddey dished out a career-high 17 assists and collected another triple double--to tie Michael Jordan for 20th on the all-time triple-double list--while Buzelis poured in a career-high 41 points and looked more like a first scoring option than he has at any point during his young career.

With Chicago still riding high following Buzelis' career night, can they carry over that momentum to take down a Lakers team fighting for playoff seeding among the top-six teams in the Western Conference?

Here's everything you need to know before the Bulls face the Lakers:
