On Thursday, the Chicago Bulls announced their TV and radio broadcast schedule for the 2026-27 season.

Chicago tips-off their 2026-27 NBA season on October 7th, 2026. That date represents Chicago's first preseason game, at the United Center against the Phoenix Suns.

The Bulls will continue to utilize the Chicago Sports Network (CHSN) as their television  broadcast home, and Audacy 104.3 FM as their radio broadcast home for all locally broadcast Bulls basketball games.

CHSN will broadcast all of the preseason matchups (5) and regular season games that are not being broadcast on national TV (80).

The pre- and post-game shows--"Bulls Countdown Live" and "Bulls Postgame Live"--will return, with Cam Smith, Kendall Gill and K.C. Johnson returning.

Adam Amin will be back as the main play-by-play voice, with a rotating cast of broadcasters filling the color commentary spot. Robbie Hummel, Will Perdue, Bill Wennington, Scott Williams and the aforementioned Kendall Gill will be the full rotation for the color commentary spot next to Amin.

Hummel is a former standout player at Purdue, as well as the 2019 USA Basketball Male Athlete of the Year. He has long held an analyst role with the Big Ten Network, which in turn led to Hummel doing work for NBC Sports, CBS Sports and Turner Sports. Hummel has previous experience filling in as a substitute color commentator on Bulls broadcasts.

Will Perdue, Bill Wennington and Scott Williams are all former Chicago Bulls players. Wennington and Williams are both three-time NBA Champions, while Perdue is a four-time NBA Champion.

Williams was a standout player with the North Carolina Tar Heels but went undrafted in the 1990 NBA Draft, later signing with the Bulls. He won three titles with the Bulls of the first three-peat from 1991-1993.

Perdue was also a part of the first three-peat squad from 1991-1993, and later won another title with the San Antonio Spurs (1999). The 7-footer was the SEC Player of the Year in 1988 for Vanderbilt, going on to be the 11th overall pick by the Bulls in 1988 NBA Draft. Perdue has served as a pre- and postgame analyst for previous editions of Bulls broadcasts.

Wennington was a part of the last Bulls three-peat from 1996-1998. He was a first round pick by the Dallas Mavericks in the 1985 NBA Draft, later signing with the Bulls during the 1993 free agency period. Wennington is also currently the radio color commentator for Audacy’s 104.3 FM The Score, working beside play-by-play broadcaster Chuck Swirsky.

The group of broadcasters will be filling the role last held by beloved color commentator Stacey King, who passed away at the age of 59 on June 7th, 2026.
