With the 2026 NBA Draft just eight days away, the Chicago Bulls are looking to put the finishing touches on their draft board. Armed with the No. 4 and No. 15 overall selections, as well as two second-round picks, the Bulls are prepared to jump-start their rebuild with an infusion of young talent.
Chicago will get an up-close view of the 19-year-old who's widely projected to lead that charge this week: Caleb Wilson. According to ESPN's Jeremy Woo, the North Carolina forward is soon to be headed to the Windy City for a pre-draft workout, where the Bulls will decide whether Wilson is their future franchise cornerstone.
"Wilson remains the most likely player to fall to the Bulls, who can sit comfortably at No. 4 and see what unfolds in front of them," Woo wrote in his latest mock draft. "He is set to visit Chicago this week and is thought to be happy at the prospect of landing there, where he would immediately become the face of their rebuild and directly address a frontcourt need."
The Bulls have worked out 23 different prospects, per HoopsHype, and Wilson is by far the most prolific of the bunch. Projected top draft picks AJ Dybantsa, Darryn Peterson and Cameron Boozer — who are expected to be selected by the Wizards, Jazz and Grizzlies, respectively — have not yet undergone workouts with Bryson Graham and Chicago.

The Bulls' list of pre-draft workouts reflects that possibility, as projected top-10 picks Keaton Wagler, Darius Acuff Jr., Mikel Brown Jr., Kingston Flemings and Nate Ament have all visited the team.
Whoever the team selects will have to fit with the identity of new head coach Tiago Splitter, who Chicago hired on Monday morning. Combining Splitter's defensive scheme with Graham's size, length, athleticism and physicality philosophy puts the Bulls in an interesting realm of players to potentially select.
Wilson's defensive tenacity has earned him comparisons to players like Kevin Garnett and Giannis Antetokounmpo. The North Carolina freshman would certainly be the ideal fit for what Graham and Splitter are looking for, and the No. 15 overall pick may be another opportunity for the Bulls to bolster their young core.
Wagler, 6-foot-6, has already been rumored to be the target for the Bulls if they do move into the top 10.
