Cleveland Cavaliers big man Evan Mobley's mom took a shot at guard Donovan Mitchell.

This is not good.

Cleveland Cavaliers big man Evan Mobley's mom took a shot at guard Donovan Mitchell amid the Wine and Gold being tied with the Toronto Raptors in the first round of the playoffs.

Mitchell and Mobley have been teammates since 2022. The Cavaliers haven't advanced past the second round of the playoffs with Mitchell and Mobley leading the way.

Entering Game 7 against the Raptors, Mitchell is averaging 23.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.8 turnovers per game in the series. He's shooting 43.7% from the field, 35.3% from 3 and 85.7% from the foul line.

Meanwhile, Mobley is putting up 19.0 points, 8.8 rebounds and 1.0 blocks per game. He's shooting 56.8% from the field, 38.1% from beyond the arc and 66.7% from the foul line.

If the Cavaliers lose Game 7 to the Raptors, there will be changes to the roster in offseason.

"I feel secure in saying if the Cavs don't make the conference finals, nobody is safe. Top down. Everyone's fair game to be traded," Cleveland.com columnist Jimmy Watkins said. "There is a scenario here where the Cavs decide that it's better for them to move on from Donovan.

"But it's tricky because if it plays out the way, like the way it looks like it's going to play out right now, where Donovan is going to play out that last year on his deal ... it's crazy, but that makes the first half of next regular season absolutely fascinating because you don't want to lose a player like that for nothing."

Mitchell is eligible to sign an extension with Cleveland this offseason and James Harden has a player option for next season that he's expected to decline to enter free agency. If the Cavaliers lose to the Raptors or don't make the NBA Finals, there is a scenario where Mitchell doesn't sign an extension and becomes a trade candidate and Harden leaves the team in free agency.
