The Cleveland Charge open the 2026-27 G League season at home against the Motor City Cruise on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 7 p.m. The Cavaliers' G League affiliate released its schedule Friday.

The Sioux Falls Skyforce will play at Public Hall on Saturday, Nov. 14, at 5 p.m.

Last season ended on April 1, when Capital City Go-Go beat Cleveland 126-123 in their playoff opener. The Charge finished with a 23-13 record, ranking third in the Eastern Conference, and had an 8-6 record in the Tip-Off Tournament. Cleveland averaged 122.6 points per game, the second-highest in the league.

Of the 24 home dates, 17 are on weekends: six Fridays, eight Saturdays, three Sundays. The longest homestand lasts six games from March 3-19. There are six consecutive road games from Jan. 13-24.

This season, conference crossover games have been eliminated, and teams are now playing exclusively within their own conference.

Fourteen Cleveland games are part of the Tip-Off Tournament, divided into four regional pods. The winners of each region move on to the Winter Showcase bracket, along with the four next-best teams based on winning percentage. The Showcase, scheduled for Dec. 19-22 in Orlando, resets team records to 0-0. During the event, each team will play two games that count toward the regular season, which includes 34 more games. Cleveland's two opponents for the Showcase are determined and assigned.

The top eight in each conference make the playoffs. The Finals are set for April 2027.

Eli Kell-Abrams begins his second season. Cleveland hired him on Aug. 26, 2025, as its eighth head coach, after two seasons as Portland Trail Blazers' head video coordinator. GM Liron Fanan was named NBA G League Basketball Executive of the Year on April 1.

Tristan Enaruna earned NBA G League Most Improved Player honors, and Killian Hayes made the All-NBA G League Second Team six days later.

Enaruna is one of three Cavaliers on two-way contracts, with Riley Minix and Ernest Udeh Jr. Those deals pay $678,882 this season. A two-way player can be active for up to 50 of Cleveland's 82 NBA games. None can be signed after March 4.

The Cavaliers open their own regular season Oct. 22 against the Philadelphia 76ers.

The franchise started as the Canton Charge in 2011 and moved into Public Hall for the 2024-25 season.

The Charge set six priority dates on June 10. The regular-season finale is at home on Saturday, March 27, 2027.
