The Cleveland Cavaliers don't have much representation in the NBA's first fan return for NBA All-Star Game voting.

The 2026 NBA All-Star Game is quickly approaching. The NBA announced the first return on the favorite voting on Monday morning, and it doesn’t put the Cleveland Cavaliers in a favorable light.

Here’s a look at where the Wine and Gold’s top players rank right now in the All-Star voting race.

Donovan Mitchell

The Wine and Gold have only one player in the top 10 in the Eastern Conference. Of course, that player is Donovan Mitchell, who is ranked fifth overall with 851,155 votes. The players ahead of Cleveland’s star guard consist of Cade Cunningham, Jalen Brunson, Tyrese Maxey, and Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Mitchell is absolutely deserving of being in the top five, and an argument can be made that he should even be higher up on this list.

Even though the Cavaliers are just above .500, Mitchell is arguably having the best season of his career.

Spida is currently averaging 33.9 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 5.4 assists while shooting an ultra-efficient 49 percent from the floor and 39 percent from behind the arc on 10.6 shot attempts a game. Both of those shooting numbers would be career-bests for Mitchell if the seasons ended today.

As of this return on fan voting, it looks like Mitchell is on pace for his seventh straight All-Star appearance.

Darius Garland, Evan Mobley, and Jarrett Allen

The notable names missing from this first round of voting include the other pieces of the Core Four: Darius Garland, Evan Mobley, and Jarrett Allen.

While all three players have been named All-Stars at one point in their careers, it’s completely understandable as to why they aren’t included in this first round of voting. Yes, injuries and games played are certainly factors, but overall, neither Garland, Mobley, nor Allen has honestly played like an All-Star so far this season.

There’s still plenty of time for this trio of Cavaliers to make up ground with the voting wrap-up in late January. However, after sending three players to the All-Star Game a year ago, Cleveland is on track to only send one representative to Los Angeles this season.
