The Boston Celtics could possibly be the most overlooked team in the Eastern Conference entering this season.
The Celtics secured the second seed in the Eastern Conference last season despite being without franchise superstar Jayson Tatum for the majority of the season.
Boston made big moves in the offseason and traded away former NBA Finals MVP Jaylen Brown in return for draft picks and veteran Paul George and brought in defensive stalwarts, point guard Mike Conley and center Mitchell Robinson.
