The Los Angeles Clippers remain without a key peice as they take on the New Orleans Pelicans.

The Los Angeles Clippers try to get back on track as they welcome the New Orleans Pelicans to town on Sunday.

The Clippers have lost three straight, dropping their last contest to the Minnesota Timberwolves, 94-88. All three of their losses have come down to the final minutes, but the Clippers have not been able to find a win. This is the conclusion of a three game homestand for the team. They are 27-31, putting them tenth in the West, a full five games better than the Memphis Grizzlies for the final Play-In spot.

The Pelicans have been on a roll lately, winning four straight games. They played on Saturday night in Utah, defeating the Jazz 115-105. This is the third game on a six game road trip for New Orleans. They sit 13th in the West at 19-42.

This is the second meeting of the season between the two teams. The Clippers won 126-124 way back on October 31. They'll play two more times in a back-to-back situation on March 18 and March 19 with both games being in New Orleans.

Los Angeles Clippers Injury Report

Clippers fans continue to wait for the team debut of Darius Garland, who remains OUT with left toe injury management. He will reportedly debut on Monday.

Garland hasn't played since January 14 and has suited up in only 26 games this season, all for the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Clippers acquired Garland in exchange for James Harden at the NBA trade deadline.

Kawhi Leonard is off the injury report after missing the game against Minnesota.

John Collins is QUESTIONABLE with a head laceration and neck soreness. Collins has missed the last two games after leaving the game against the Los Angeles Lakers early due to the injury. He played in just 16 minutes in that contest.

Bradley Beal remains OUT after undergoing left hip surgery earlier this year. He will not return until next season.

New Orleans Pelicans Injury Report

The Pelicans will have two of their top options in the lineup as Trey Murphy III and Dejounte Murray are both AVAILABLE.

Murphy has been dealing with a right shoulder contusion that has kept him out of the lineup since February 11. He hasn't played since teams returned from the All-Star break, missing the last five games.

Murray played his first game of the season on February 24, returning after 13 months following a ruptured right Achilles' tendon. He sat on Saturday with the Pelicans opting to rest him on the first game of the back-to-back as opposed to the second.

Zion Williamson is QUESTIONABLE with a right ankle sprain. He played just 11 minutes against the Jazz on Saturday before leaving with the ankle injury. He has not missed a game since December 11.

Trey Alexander and Hunter Dickinson are both OUT on G-League two-way deals.
