The Los Angeles Clippers play the Orlando Magic at Kia Center in Orlando.

The Los Angeles Clippers have been severely bitten by the injury bug this season and while there aren't any new injuries to add per the most recent NBA injury report, the players they do have out leave them vulnerable at crucial positions.

Los Angeles faces off against the Orlando Magic on Thursday as the team attempts to correct course from their 4-10 start to the season. the Magic are 8-7 to start the season, nothing that would blow anyone away, but still a much better place to be in than the Clippers.

Orlando is missing some key pieces as well, but they've so far shown that they have the remaining starting talent and a deep enough bench to outlast the recent troubles they've had.

    Clippers Injury Report

There aren't many new injuries to report for the Clippers, but the absences they do have still leave a gaping hole in their roster.

Derrick Jones Jr. (knee) is OUT for Thursday's game. Jones Jr. will miss his second straight game with a left MCL sprain he suffered in the second quarter of the Clippers' 121-118 loss to the Boston Celtics on Nov. 16 after Jones Jr. collided with Boston's Jaylen Brown while the two were fighting for a loose ball.

Jones will be out for at least six weeks with the sprain, according to ESPN's Shams Charania, depriving the Clippers of yet another starter.

Jordan Miller (hamstring) is OUT for Thursday's game as he will also be missing his second straight game with left hamstring soreness.

Kawhi Leonard (foot, ankle) remains OUT with a right ankle sprain that has also impacted his foot. Thursday will be the ninth-straight game that Leonard is missing due to his injury, and he will likely be out for another one-two weeks. The Clippers did share a positive update on Leonard's status, saying that he's begun practicing again, but he's still not ready for an immediate return.

Bradley Beal (hip) is OUT for the rest of the season due to a left hip fracture.

    Magic Injury Report

Paolo Banchero (groin) is OUT for Thursday with a left groin strain, marking the fourth-straight game the Orlando power forward will miss due to the injury that he suffered while playing against the New York Knicks on Nov. 12.

Franz Wagner (nose, face mask) is AVAILABLE for Thursday's game. Wagner broke his nose during a collision while playing against the Portland Trail Blazers on Nov. 10 and has been playing with a protective mask ever since.

The face mask seems to be doing it's job as Wagner has appeared in every game for the Magic since the injury.

Moritz Wagner (knee) remans OUT for Thursday's game. Wager has yet to play this season while he recovers from a torn ACL that he suffered in December 2024. There is no definite timeline for the German forward's return.
