The Atlanta Hawks announced their 2026-27 promotional schedule, including four bobblehead giveaways and three kids' day games.
The NBA 2026-27 regular season is four weeks and six days away, and the Atlanta Hawks have solidified their giveaway items along with the schedule.
Atlanta announced their 2026-27 giveaways and theme nights, which will feature four signature bobbleheads. The franchise announced on Sept. 16 that there will be three kids' day games, four bobblehead giveaways, '90s night, and single AF night.
This season's giveaway will include Harry the Hawk, kids' slippers, NAW, Onyeka, Jalen, and Ted Turner bobbleheads.
Nov. 22: Harry the Hawk kids slippers
The Hawks will host three special kids' games that will have early tip-off times to accommodate the youth. The first game will take place at 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 22, with tip-off against the Detroit Pistons.
The first prize will be Harry the Hawk slippers, while supplies are available. Harry the Hawk is the franchise's mascot and is often in the stands interacting with guests.
Harry the Hawk's slippers will be part of the first kids' night and will be one of the giveaways that is not a featured bobblehead.
Dec. 3: NAW bobblehead
Guard Nickeil Alexander Walker will be the first featured player to have a bobblehead in this season's giveaway. NAW are his initials, and fans will have a chance to get one on a first come first serve basis.
Last season, Alexander-Walker won the 2025-26 KIA NBA Most Improved award, and the bobblehead is to honor the award. On Dec. 3, fans will get to see the release of the bobblehead, and Atlanta will face the Indiana Pacers.
The Virginia Tech product finished last season averaging 20.8 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 3.7 assists while shooting 45.9 percent from the field.
Alexander-Walker will be entering his second season with the Hawks as the team attempts to make the postseason for a second consecutive season and advance out of the first round.
Dec. 31: Onyeka bobblehead
Forward Onyeka Okongwu is expected to have a strong seventh season in Atlanta after a strong 2025-26 season. He will be the second player to have a bobblehead night.
Okongwu will lead the charge on bobblehead night on New Year's Eve as the Hawks face the Milwaukee Bucks.
The USC product averaged 15.2 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 3.1 assists while shooting 37.6 percent from three. He led the team in blocks last season with 1.1 per game.
Jan. 13: Jalen bobblehead
Forward Jalen Johnson, who is arguably the face of the franchise, will open up the new year with his bobblehead night on Jan. 13. On Jan. 13, Atlanta will take on the Cleveland Cavaliers in a game presented by Paze, a digital wallet and online checkout company.
Johnson led the team in points (22.5), rebounds (10.3), and assists (7.9) last season and will lead this team into a new chapter without former guard Trae Young.
The Duke product has been seen throughout the offseason on social media, working out individually and with teammates. He is only 24 years old and still has not reached his prime.
Mar. 3: Ted Turner bobblehead
The final bobblehead giveaway will feature the late Ted Turner, who was the media mogul behind Turner Broadcasting System and a former Hawks governor. He will conclude the bobblehead giveaways for the 2026-27 season.
Atlanta will take Mar. 3 to honor the Hawks legend and someone who impacted the franchise from the media lens and instant market.
