New Miami Heat player Giannis Antetokounmpo has become to subject of several Internet memes upon his arrival

The Internet has been flooded with hilarious memes since news broke of the Miami Heat's plan to trade for Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Among the funniest was made by comedian Jared Harvin, who has already done a series of skits devoted to Antetokounmpo coming to Miami to play alongside center Bam Adebayo.

Of the videos, the best involved Harvin re-enacting the movie "Bad Boys II" through Antetokounmpo. He plays out several scenes from the film that stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. Harvin casts Antetokounmpo in the role of "Mike Lowry," played by Smith.

Here's a look:

Harvin initially gained popularity while appearing on comedic sports clips with a group of other comedians who impersonate media personalities Skip Bayless, Kendrick Perkins, Shannon Sharpe and Stephen A. Smith on a show called "Last Take." It's a play off ESPN's First Take that airs weekday mornings.

The laughs just make this season even more anticipating. This is the most excited Heat fans have been since the team acquired LeBron James and Chris Bosh in 2010. In all fairness to Jimmy Butler, his arrival in 2019 is less of a splash than Antetokounmpo's.

He is a two-time MVP who already has one NBA title, leading the Bucks past the Phoenix Suns in 2021. While many expected the Bucks to dominate the league for a few years, it never happened. They had a couple of first-round exits in the playoffs, including a loss to the No. 8 seed Heat in 2023. Things reached an all-time low when the Bucks missed the playoffs last season for the first time since 2016.

That led to the end of the 13-year Antetokounmpo era in Milwaukee, which was listening to offers at the trade deadline in February. After a month of speculation, a deal was finally made with the Heat despite teams such as the Boston Celtics, Minnesota Timberwolves, Portland Trail Blazers and Orlando Magic in the running.

Now, the Heat give the opportunity to see if Antetokounmpo is the "Bad Boy" needed to get them back to the NBA Finals.
