The Heat and Kings meet for the second and final regular season matchup. It will be the second night of a back-to-back after Miami played at Golden State last night. Sacramento recorded a, 127-111, win earlier this season and has currently won three-straight against the Heat after Miami had won three consecutive prior to that. The Heat are 47-27 all-time versus the Kings during the regular season, including 31-7 in home games and 16-20 in road games. Domantas Sabonis is currently second in the NBA this season in rebounds per game, collecting 11.5 board per contest. During the 2024-25 season, he averaged 13.9 rebounds per game, including 63 games with 10+ rebounds (2nd), 27 games with 15+ rebounds (1st) and seven with 20+ rebounds (1st). Sabonis finished first in the NBA in rebounds per game last season after being the NBA's rebounding champion in both the 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons. For the Heat, tonight is the second of a five-game week-long road trip that begins with a back-to-back, after just playing last night against Golden State. It also marks the ninth of 17 back-to-backs this season, the most by any team in the NBA. The Heat are coming off a disappointing loss to the Golden State Warriors, who won despite playing without Jimmy Butler. He left the game with an injury that could keep him out weeks.
