VITALS:

The Heat and Jazz meet for the second and final regular season matchup. Earlier this season, Miami recorded a 31-point, 147-116, road win on January 24. The Heat have won eight of the last 10 overall against Utah. The HEAT are 30-44 all-time versus the Jazz during the regular season, including 15-21 in home games and 15-23 in road games.

The Jazz are without Keyonte George, who is averaging a career-high 23.8, points per contest a +7.0- scoring increase from the 2024-25 campaign. Averaging 23.8 points this season, ties him with the most points per game in franchise history for the age of 22 or younger (Donovan Mitchell – 22, 23.8), while also placing second for the highest among the 2023 Draft Class (Victor Wembanyama -23.9).

The Jazz (16-37) are coming off a loss to the Magic (27-24), 117-120, on Feb. 7. Despite Utah making eight more baskets than Orlando from the field (44-36), Orlando took advantage of getting to the charity line 20 more times than Utah (23-43), resulting in 35 points for the Magic in comparison to the Jazz’s 19 points. Lauri Markkanen posted a game-high 27 points on 12-of-21 shooting (3-of-6 3FG), to go along with his 7 rebounds, an assist and a blocked shot. Making his Jazz debut, Jaren Jackson Jr. posted 22 points going 9-of-17 from the field in addition to his 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. Isaiah Collier led all reserves scoring 20 points (9-of-15 FG), 10 assists, 2 rebounds and 2 steals. Recording 20 points in the game and 10 assists, marked his third consecutive double-double, while it is his seventh double-double of the season (all points and assists). Kevin Love and Ace Bailey combined for a total of 23 points with Love scoring 13 points, shooting a perfect 3-of-3 from the field and perfect from the free throw mark (4-for-4), while Bailey added 10 points with 3 assists and 3 boards.
