The Miami Heat are one team predicted to go after Giannis Antetokounmpo this offseason. He has been included in trade discussions for almost the entirety of the regular season and now the NBA is now investigating the Milwaukee Bucks for potentially skirting the player participation policy by holding him out of recent games.

Amidst the drama, Bleacher Report released an article, highlighting four potential destinations for the Bucks superstar. The Heat made the list and the article proposed a blockbuster deal:

Heat receive: F Giannis Antetokounmpo

Bucks receive: F Andrew Wiggins, F Nikola Jovic, F Jaime Jaquez Jr., G Kasparas Jakucionis, a 2030 first-round pick and a top-three protected 2032 first-round pick

"It almost feels obligatory to have the Miami Heat in a slideshow about a star's potential landing spots," the article wrote. "And in this case, there's plenty of reason for the team with the star to be interested. Andrew Wiggins will be on an expiring and not-too-expensive contract in 2026-27 that Milwaukee could move for another asset in a subsequent trade. Nikola Jović, Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Kasparas Jakucionis would instantly add some intrigue to a young core that currently lacks it. And those picks in 2030 and 2032 would convey long after Giannis' prime."

Miami has been looking to add a star to the roster since trading Jimmy Butler at last season's trade deadline. Last offseason, the team was interested in Kevin Durant when he hit the trade block but Pat Riley was reluctant to part with the team's young talent. Now, if a player of Antetokounmpo's caliber is truly available in discussions, Riley will almost have to trade multiple first-rounders along with some young stars. Antetokounmpo could catapult the Heat to Eastern Conference favorites for next year.

"Miami, of course, would have some spacing concerns to work through with Giannis and Bam Adebayo," the article added. "The frontcourt might be a little overcrowded too (there's an argument to include Kel'el Ware in the deal instead of Jakucionis). But a defense anchored by Bam and Giannis would have terrifying potential. And a two-man game with Antetokounmpo and Tyler Herro could be explosive. Mostly, this is just about giving Erik Spoelstra another star to work with. When he had MVP candidates, he won titles. When he had a second-tier star, he made two unexpected trips to the NBA Finals. Giannis would give one of the best coaches in the league a chance to cook up something special again."
