The Hornets Roundtable Podcast Discusses the Lamelo's Reported "Frustration With The Organization And Charlotte's Continued Losing Streak.

Josh Graham and Will Dalton co-hosts the Hornets Roundtable podcast, which will release new episodes every week on the site. Here were the topics discussed on this week’s pod:

  • Lamelo Open To Trade? On Friday, a report came out from Yahoo Sports that Lamelo is growing frustrated with the Hornets and would be open to a trade. Lamelo then denied the validity of the report. The guys discuss what's true and what's not.
  • Brandon Miller's Return. Brandon Miller, after being out since the second game of the season, finally made his return against the LA Clippers. He started out hot scoring the first three buckets for the Hornets and ended up with 21 points, but struggled from three going 2-10.
  • Injury Bug Stings Again. No sooner than the Hornets got Brandon Miller back against the Clippers, Ryan Kalkbrenner and Pat Connaughton were lost in the first half against the Clippers. Neither injury appeared to be too serious.
  • Always Be Closing. Will and Josh discuss the Hornets inability to close games where they have a chance to win down the stretch.
  • Knicks, Bulls, Raptors, Nets. After a week where the Hornets failed to get back into the win column, the week ahead does not get any easier with these matchups for Charlotte. The Knicks and Raptors are two of the hottest teams in the league right now, while a road game against the Bulls will be no slouch. Realistically the Hornets need to make sure they have a "get right" game against one of the league worst, Brooklyn Nets.

In addition to the Hornets Roundtable Podcast, Graham and Dalton also host weekly podcasts — and produce written content — for other local teams in the state of North Carolina.

Elsewhere in the Queen City, they cover the Carolina Panthers for Roundtable. And then in the collegiate ranks, they will have coverage for both the North Carolina Tar Heels and and Duke Blue Devils.

Roundtable would love to engage with you on the Hornets. Please comment on our posts, follow Graham (@JoshGrahamShow) and Dalton (@TheWillDalton) on X and Instagram or create your own community posts.
