Both Memphis and Sacramento are struggling, plus also facing roster changes ahead of the league's trade deadline. Here's where to watch and who's favored.

This feels like the NBA Trade Deadline showcase between the Sacramento Kings and the Memphis Grizzlies

Both teams are currently 10 games under .500 (though Sacramento has the worst record at 12-39). And these Western Conference franchises have been mentioned several times in the trade market.

Is this the final time both teams keep their 2025-26 rosters intact? And will a certain Grizzlies superstar switch sides?

Those questions fuel the intrigue for this Wednesday night showdown despite the dismal records on both sides. NBC Sports California (which is the home of Kings games in the Sacramento/Central Valley region) will air the game. Same with FanDuel SportsNetwork Southwest and Southeast (for the Grizzlies audience).

NBA League Pass is another option for fans aiming to tune in. The premium package is offered at $114.99 that features more in-arena access and eliminates commercials. The standard offered for $79.99 includes commercials and less in-arena cameras for both teams.

But again, fans who tune in could be watching some notable superstars wearing their teams' uniforms for one last time.

Starting with Ja Morant -- whose name is mentioned to the Kings as of Tuesday night.

"The Sacramento Kings are consistently mentioned as one of the few teams — if not the only one — that might decide to get into the Morant business before the Thursday deadline," The Athletic's Sam Amick said. "As of today [Tuesday night], I can relay, per team sources, that they have still not completely closed the door on that idea."

Will this mean Domantas Sabonis or DeMar DeRozan gets sent to Grind City? Both are the remaining trending trade contenders here in Sacramento.

However, Anthony Slater of ESPN revealed that DeRozan isn't a buyout candidate for the Kings -- meaning his massive contract may get him to stay. Still, DeRozan has between now and Thursday afternoon to find out if he'll head to another NBA locker room.

Sabonis is another facing a similar fate -- with the Toronto Raptors rising as the popular contender for him. But that one features a big curveball involving Jakob Poeltl's contract.

These are, once again, two teams facing a roster blowup as the deadline approaches. So who's the favorite here?

The 19-29 Grizzlies are a slight favorite at 1.5-points per FanDuel Sportsbook. Count on Memphis pulling this one off by three points, helping nearly cover the spread.
