Two teams battling for a high NBA Draft pick finally meet. Where to tune in and who's the real favorite between Sacramento and Brooklyn here?

Ah yes, the battle for the top pick of the NBA Draft is here.

The Sacramento Kings and Brooklyn Nets have been two teams projected to land No. 1 come May 10. Now the basketball nation will find out which one will increase their probability lead to claim the top spot. Or simply avoid tanking.

Sacramento has long been the contender to land at the top. But they no longer own the league's worst record...which helps the Nets' case ahead of the draft lottery.

It also helps Sacramento in knowing leading Nets scorer Michael Porter Jr. won't be on the floor.

There's no Domantas Sabonis, Zach Lavine, De'Andre Hunter, and now there's no Drew Eubanks either.

Sacramento doesn't appear to have Russell Westbrook either, who's dealing with right foot soreness. Daeqwon Plowden is dealing with a sore right foot too and is another who's questionable. The Kings will have Malik Monk, though, as he's no longer listed on the injury report as of Saturday night.

So which depleted team has the upper hand?

Sacramento is a slight favorite at 4.5-points per FanDuel Sportsbook. But this is still a matchup that can go either way.

This contest will have two intriguing young bigs. Maxime Raynaud and Ben Saraf are set to be on the same floor -- the former making a case for All-NBA Rookie First Team honors and the latter coming on strong lately. The game also becomes one with high intrigue if Nolan Traore and Nique Clifford are on the same court.

But again, this becomes an NBA Draft themed game and a reserves showcase. Speaking of the former, fans of both teams have another game to closely watch out in San Diego between Kansas and St. John's. That's because a potential future Net or King Darryn Peterson will headline the action. Even St. John's Zuby Ejiofor looks like draft material as a second rounder.

Or fans can tune into the YES Network or NBC Sports California for Nets and Kings. But someone is bound to avoid tanking...and we're thinking the Kings will be the ones claiming the win amid the longer list of players who are out in Brooklyn.
